How we handle your request details

1. When you submit the form, the details you enter are stored in the website database so we can review the request and contact you.
2. We ask only for the information needed to understand and respond to the project, and do not use it for another purpose without your consent.
3. If an operational notification service is enabled, request details may be sent to it securely to alert the Ventro team; the website database remains the system of record.
4. To protect the site from abuse, we retain a hashed network-address fingerprint within a temporary request-limiting window; expired records are cleared as new requests are processed, and the raw address is not stored.
5. This version of the website uses no marketing tracking or analytics tools.
6. To access, correct or delete your details, email info@ventro.sa and include the request reference when available.
